��ݮ��Ƶ is pleased to welcome Mandy Chardoul as a Principal of Advisory and Tax Services. She will work out of the firm’s Grand Rapids office.

Chardoul is a strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding ultra-high-net-worth families through the complexities of wealth, planning and legacy. She specializes in aligning financial strategies with family values to help clients design structures that support long-term sustainability and purpose. She previously served as a Tax Partner at Plante Moran, where she co-led the firm’s Family Office Practice and contributed to its National Tax Office, helping shape internal policy and representing clients before the U.S. Treasury.�� She also held senior leadership roles at two prominent single-family offices and most recently supported initiatives at Family Office Exchange (FOX), the nation’s leading peer community for family office executives and advisors.

Chardoul holds a master’s degree in taxation from Grand Valley State University and a bachelor’s degree in world political economy from Colorado College.
