Resumes are unique and will likely look different for every candidate. Primarily, we want to see a clean, easy-to-read, well-formatted single-page document that briefly shares all of the work/professional/volunteer/educational experiences that you believe have taught you something valuable. for an example of a typical college-level resume.

If you are looking to join ��ݮ��Ƶ in a full-time CPA capacity, we do prefer that you have all 150 credits and all your degrees fully completed before your full-time start date. However, we do not expect that you have received your license nor started the CPA exam before your first day.

As soon as candidates sign a full-time offer letter with ��ݮ��Ƶ, they are eligible to receive Becker CPA Exam Prep materials for free. Those who finish all 4 parts of the exam within one year from their initial full-time start date will receive a $5,000 bonus. In addition, ��ݮ��Ƶ reimburses associates for exam fees (with some conditions) and allows associates up to 5 days of paid time off specifically to study for the exam.

��ݮ��Ƶ hosts almost all its internships in the assurance and tax service lines; however, some other service lines and business functions will occasionally host interns as well. All available opportunities will appear on ��ݮ��Ƶ’s .

��ݮ��Ƶ does not require any sort of specific experience before beginning an internship with us. However, we strongly prefer that you have had at least some general work experience (customer service, food service, on-campus employment, etc.). Previous accounting experience is not required.

Most interns will work 40-65 hours per week, depending on the season. The type of work will vary by service line; however, we do provide interns with staff-level work to present a clear understanding of what a full-time career at the Firm will entail. The experience will include all the formal and informal training needed to set you up for success.

Most internships are focused on only one service line to allow a fully immersed experience and significant understanding of how that service line fits your skillset. However, we encourage interns to network and shadow associates across service lines during the internship.

We highly suggest taking off a winter semester of college to invest in an internship instead. As most public accounting deadlines fall between January-April, this season tends to contain the most robust internship experience.
